Boerne’s hometown celebration occurs every Father's Day Weekend at the historic Herff Park. Berges Fest (Festival of the Hills) is a fun-filled weekend of live music, old-fashioned contests of skill and luck and more. The annual celebration started in 1967 as an ice cream social and music fest celebrating the area's German heritage.
